Terms and Conditions for Membership Registration

These terms and conditions stipulate the general matters regarding membership registration, qualifications, and management for the medical data analysis service and supplementary services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by IAID Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). These terms and conditions take effect as of August 19, 2025.

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the basic matters regarding membership registration, membership qualification, account management, obligations, and notifications for the Services provided through the Company's website (https://iaidimage.co.kr, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and related applications.

Article 2 [Definitions]

β‘       Member” refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and completes the membership registration process prescribed by the Company to use the Company's Services.

β‘‘      Account (ID)” refers to a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the member or assigned by the Company for identification and service use.

β‘’      Credit” refers to a rechargeable payment method for using the Services, with conversion rates, fees, and VAT inclusion subject to website notice or operating policies.

β‘£      Operating Policy” refers to detailed policies set and announced by the Company for service operation, forming part of these Terms.

Article 3 [Membership Registration Procedure and Formation of Service Contract]

β‘       A person who wishes to use the Services applies for membership by filling in the prescribed form and agreeing to these Terms.

β‘‘      In principle, the Company approves the membership application. However, approval may be denied or canceled in the following cases:

  1. If the applicant uses another person’s name or a false name
  2. If false information is provided or mandatory information is omitted
  3. If the applicant is under the age of 19
  4. If the applicant disrupts normal service operation or is likely to do so
  5. If other violations of law occur or deemed necessary by the Company

β‘’      Approval may be deferred due to technical issues or lack of service capacity.

β‘£      The contract is established when the Companys approval reaches the member via display on the website or email notification.

β‘€       The member must confirm that they are over 19 years old, and the Company may require separate confirmation. If someone under 19 joins through false declaration, all resulting legal and financial liabilities fall on the member or their legal representative.

Article 4 [Account and Password Management]

β‘       The member is responsible for managing their account ID and password.

β‘‘      The member must not transfer, lend, or share their account or password with third parties.

β‘’      The Company is not liable for damages caused by the members negligence or misuse unless caused by the Companys willful misconduct or gross negligence.

β‘£       The Company may request password changes or additional security measures like 2FA for integrity and security.

Article 5 [Changes to Member Information]

β‘       Members must promptly update any changes to their registered information using the method specified by the Company.

β‘‘      The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to update member information.

Article 6 [Member Obligations]

β‘       Members must not:

  1. Steal others’ information or submit false information
  2. Intentionally interfere with service operation or cause technical disruptions
  3. Alter or misuse medical data or analysis results without authorization
  4. Transfer/sell credits or accounts or use them fraudulently
  5. Violate laws, these Terms, the operating policy, or public order

β‘‘      Consent for Personal/Sensitive Data: When uploading data, members must lawfully obtain consent forms for personal (including sensitive) data collection/use/disclosure in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company is not responsible for verifying or managing these consents.

Article 7 [Membership Termination and Disqualification]

β‘       Members may withdraw at any time using the procedure specified by the Company. Some information may be retained under legal or policy obligations.

β‘‘      The Company may suspend or revoke membership in the following cases:

  1. Violation of Article 6 obligations
  2. False registration or name theft
  3. Intentional disruption of service
  4. Legal sanctions from authorities due to illegal acts

β‘’      If the Company revokes membership, the account will be deleted, and the member will be notified.

β‘£       Remaining Credit: Upon withdrawal or disqualification, refund or expiration of credits is governed by the Paid Services and Payment/Refund Terms,” which take precedence over these Terms.

Article 8 [Notification to Members]

β‘       The Company may notify members via the registered email address or in-service notification.

β‘‘       Notices to many members may be replaced by postings on the website for 7 or more days.

β‘’       The Company is not liable if a notice fails to reach a member due to missing or incorrect contact information unless due to Company fault.

Article 9 [Relationship Between Terms]

β‘       In case of conflict between these Terms and the Paid Services and Payment/Refund Terms,” the latter shall prevail for payment-related matters.

β‘‘       For personal information, the Privacy Policy” takes precedence.

Article 10 [Posting and Amendment of Terms]

β‘       These Terms will be posted on the homepage or linked pages.

β‘‘      Revisions will be announced with the effective date and reasons. Unfavorable changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, others 7 days in advance via the website or email.

β‘’       Revised terms take effect from the announced date and supersede previous versions. The Company complies with legal minimums where applicable.

Article 11 [Governing Law and Jurisdiction]

β‘       These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless otherwise mandated.

β‘‘       Any disputes arising from service use will be handled by the court having jurisdiction over the Companys head office.

β‘‘ νšŒμ›μ€ 계정 λ˜λŠ” λΉ„λ°€λ²ˆν˜Έλ₯Ό 제3μžμ—κ²Œ 양도, λŒ€μ—¬, κ³΅μœ ν•  수 μ—†μŠ΅λ‹ˆλ‹€.
